Polycel offers complete solutions! We can assist your engineers by providing structural analysis and engineering support. Ours molds are designed and built in-house, giving our customers the advantage of lower costs and better lead times.

Polycel uses both high and low pressure machines in it's process, with a wide variety of engineering grade thermoplastic resins. Low pressure machinery allows Polycel to produce parts as large as 12 feet with heavy wall thicknesses. Polycel offers a full range of secondary services, which include painting and shielding, assembly, screening and decorating.

Polycel's tooling is usually half the cost of similar injection molds and changes can be made inexpensively and efficiently. We encourage your visit to our facility conveniently located in Somerville, NJ off of Routes 287 & 22.
